Administrative Core
Directed by the PIs/PD, provides administrative oversight, logistical support, fiscal accountability, and will oversee the continuous evaluation of each proposed activity/core and the impact of the Center toward achieving goals.
Specific Aims
The Administrative Core (ADC) will continue to provide administrative leadership, oversight, accountability, integrative coordination, communication, mentorship, and evaluation for all of the expanded CBMHR cores [Research Capacity Core (RCC), Investigator Development Core (IDC), Community Engagement Core (CEC)], research projects, pilot projects, community outreach activities, and several exciting new initiatives.
The specific aims of the ADC are:

Provide integrated administrative oversight and logistical support

Create an ecosystem to support basic, behavioral, and clinical research and increase extramural grant funding

Implement systematic career development activities for early-stage investigators (ESIs)

Deploy a rigorous evaluation and continuous improvement program to maximize CBMHR impact
