Project 1: Peptide Drugs for Triple-Negative Breast Cancer (TNBC)

• This project aims to develop novel, highly potent, and stable peptide-based agents as first-in-class drugs for targeted TNBC therapy.

• We plan to synthesize and optimize 2nd generation of EphB4-targeting peptides, evaluate their pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics, and assess their antitumor and anti-metastasis efficacy in both syngeneic and human cell line-derived xenograft TNBC mouse models.
